Manifesting Our Desires

Most people don’t realize that we are manifesting our lives, second by second, minute by minute, hour by hour, and day by day, it’s the law. The universe can only reflect back to us our own thoughts, words and actions. So whatever we are projecting out, the universe reflects back to us with the same frequency, in experiences. I like using the simple analogy of planting a garden to that of how we manifest. Preparing our space requires thinking about what we want to plant or fix up, how we imagine the finished product will look and then getting excited about the feeling that doing all this hard work will produce. Preparing our garden and outdoor spaces is such a beautiful parallel to manifesting our desires. Now, let's dig in! (pun intended)

1. Clearing Space — Letting Go of the Old
Before planting anything, we weed, clear debris, and maybe even remove things that once served us but no longer do.
In manifestation: We let go of limiting beliefs, old habits, and emotional clutter to make room for what we truly want.

2. Choosing What to Plant — Setting Intentions
We don’t just throw random seeds around. We’re intentional: “I want lavender here, tomatoes there.”
In manifestation: We set clear, specific goals. What do you actually want to grow in your life?

3. Preparing the Soil — Inner Work
Healthy soil is foundational. We add compost, turn it, water it. It takes time and effort.
In manifestation: This is our self-care, mindset work, meditation, journaling—the internal foundation we build our desires upon.

4. Planting the Seeds — Taking Aligned Action
Once the soil is ready, we plant. Not all at once, not carelessly—but with presence, and we just know that the process has already begun.
In manifestation: Action matters. Sending the email, signing up for the course, asking for what we want. Seeds are intention plus effort. I often hear people say, “just ask God and he will provide”. That’s only part of it, we must take positive steps towards putting everything into motion.

5. Trusting the Process — Patience & Faith
We don’t dig up the seed every day to check on it. Growth happens underground before it’s visible.
In manifestation: Trust that what you’ve planted is already in the works. Detach from the outcome, and when done correctly will become effortless,

6. Daily Care — Nurturing
Watering, checking for pests, adjusting sunlight—it’s not one-and-done.
In manifestation: Stay in alignment. Keep your energy clear, revisit your intentions, and take inspired steps. The frequency of your state of being needs to be in complete alignment with your intentions.

7. Harvest — Receiving
Eventually, with love and persistence, we get to harvest. The flowers bloom, the fruits ripen.
In manifestation: This is receiving your desires with gratitude. Acknowledge how far you’ve come, and celebrate.

It’s a cycle of intention, preparation, faith, and tending—just like life. What are you planting this season?
